HCPSS Transition Fair

Students 14 years of age and older who receive special education services and their parents are encouraged to attend this event and learn about community and school resources available for youth with disabilities to prepare for adult life.

Representatives from the several state and county agencies, including the Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), Developmental Disabilities (DDA), and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), will deliver presentations at the event.
