People who are not old enough to retire and not able or not interested in employment receive services through The Arc’s Meaningful Days Program.
Among the activities is TRAILS, a program available through the county’s Department of Recreation and Parks that takes small, supervised groups on daily visits to community parks and recreation sites.
In addition, participants receive daily living, social skills and work skills training, as well as taking part in physical activities and crafts. Some activities are held at the Wright Building, others at recreation centers.
