The Arc of Howard County has been supporting the career choices of individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities for over 20 years. Today, our employment options range from small crews with full time supervisors (enclaves) to supported individual placements in businesses throughout the county. We have now gone a step further with Project Income, helping people realize their dream of becoming small business owners.
